Villa Paraiso is an indoor/outdoor paradise with a 180º view of Sayulita Bay. This colorful 5-bedroom, 3-bath Mexican villa is a private oasis with a view that defies description. It is situated above La Gran Villa and is the perfect accommodation for special group vacations, family getaways, and yoga retreats.

The expansive Villa Paraiso is covered with a gigantic 2-level palapa, giving it an authentically Mexican indoor outdoor natural feel. Imagine yourself sipping coffee in its relaxed open air living space, enjoying the gentle ocean breeze as you gaze upon Sayulita Bay and the coastline beyond. Or consider being lulled to sleep by the sound of ocean waves in this villa’s unique top-of-the-world crow’s nest bedroom. Villa Paraiso is truly paradise found.

This villa accommodates up to 9 guests. For larger groups, we recommend combining Villa Paraiso with La Gran Villa, as these two villas together comfortably sleep up to 15 guests.

Tia Adriana's concierge is at your service during your stay and will be happy to arrange spa services, yoga classes, and a variety of excursions (fishing, surfing, zip-lining, horseback riding, etc.). PLEASE NOTE – Villa Paraiso is not suitable for children under 7 years of age. Families with young children would be better served by staying in other villas on the property.

Relax and refresh in our inviting two-level shared swimming pool, nestled between Villa Amor and Amor Boutique. Designed for both serenity and socializing, the pool area offers:

  • Comfortable loungers & umbrellas for soaking up the sun

  • A shallow wading area ideal for relaxing or cooling off

  • Evening ambiance (open until 8 PM) under soft lighting

  • Poolside access from our property for guests of Gran Villa, Villa Paraiso, Villa Amor and Amor Boutique.

  • A no-glass policy for safety, with the liberty to bring your preferred drinks

Whether you’re diving in for laps or enjoying a slow afternoon in the water, our shared pool is a refreshing centerpiece connecting both properties and enhancing your stay.
