Your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and celebration can all take place on the private ocean-view patio of Gran Villa, while you and your closest guests stay just steps away inside the villa and the adjacent villas within the estate.

Requirements:
To ensure you and your guests have the space entirely to yourselves, booking Gran Villa also includes securing the adjacent villas—Villa Paraíso, Villa Palmas, Villa Olito, and Villa Mi Amor. Together, these five villas accommodate up to 24 guests, giving you full control over your event spaces, schedule, and vendor access. Additional accommodations for larger parties can be arranged within the same community, keeping everyone close and connected for your special weekend.
Required Villa Bookings:
Gan Villa (3BR, ocean view – sleeps 6)
Villa Paraíso (5BR + loft, ocean view – sleeps 10)
Villa Palmas (2BR, ocean view – sleeps 4)
Villa Olito (1BR, ocean view – sleeps 2)
Villa Mi Amor (1BR, ocean view – sleeps 2)

Minimum Stay:
All villas must be reserved for minimum of 3 nights.
Patio Event Fee:
A one-time Patio Event Fee ($1,392 USD) is required to host your ceremony and/or reception. This includes access to the outdoor event spaces with stunning ocean views, perfect for your big day.
