El Cielo is a vacation rental property rather than a traditional hotel, so some of our practices are a bit different. This allows us to offer a more private and spacious experience for our guests.

Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. However, cleaning services can be arranged in advance at an additional cost. We kindly recommend scheduling this ahead of time to ensure availability.

We offer a self check-in experience for your convenience. Your access instructions will be sent after 3:00 PM on your arrival day.

If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know — we’re happy to check if an early check-in is available. If your unit is not ready yet, you are more than welcome to arrive and enjoy the common areas while you wait.

El Cielo is located on a hill, which is what gives us our beautiful and unique views. With that said, there is a short but steep walk back up from town. While it is completely walkable, many of our guests prefer a more comfortable option for getting around.

For this reason, we highly recommend renting a golf cart during your stay.

Golf carts are available for rent at approximately $1,200 MXN per day. They are the easiest and most convenient way to explore Sayulita, especially with the town’s limited parking and walkable layout.

El Cielo does not offer on-site parking for cars. We do have limited parking available for golf carts, which is primarily reserved for carts rented directly through us.

However, if you choose to rent a golf cart externally, we are usually able to accommodate parking for it — we just ask that you let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

For guests arriving with a car, we can also help coordinate an external valet parking service:

• Cost: $300 MXN per 24 hours

• Unlimited in-and-out access during operating hours

• Please let us know in advance if you will need parking, as we coordinate with the valet service approximately 20 minutes before your arrival so they can meet you at the property

We would be happy to arrange round-trip airport transportation for you for $240 USD. This service includes complimentary beverages in the vehicle and a stop at a major grocery store on the way to El Cielo.

This is a very convenient option, especially for longer stays, as it allows you to arrive with a fully stocked fridge and settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

To keep in mind, we provide complimentary coffee to get you started for your first couple of days. If you would like additional coffee, we recommend purchasing it during your grocery stop, along with extra drinking water.

We provide a few bottled waters upon arrival; however, we also have a water dispenser available in the lobby where you are welcome to refill at any time.

If you need help arranging airport transportation or planning activities — such as ATV tours, zip-lining, surf lessons, horseback riding, or boat tours — our concierge team will be happy to assist with everything.

Sayulita is a lively and vibrant town, and that is a big part of its charm. Throughout the year, there may be music events, festivals, and local celebrations happening around town. While these events create a beautiful atmosphere, they can also bring increased noise levels that are outside of our control.

During rainy season, Sayulita may also experience occasional power outages due to weather and local infrastructure. These situations are usually temporary, but we always recommend keeping this in mind when planning your stay.
