Deposit Policies

To officially reserve your wedding dates at Gran Villa, we require the following non-refundable deposits:

Initial Deposit (Required to Block Your Dates)

To secure your booking, you must place a non-refundable initial deposit covering:

  • The patio event fee

  • The first night’s rate of Gran Villa and Villa Paraíso

Deposit Breakdown:

November – April

  • Patio Fee: $1,392

  • 1st Night of Gran Villa + Paraíso: $2,414
    Total: $3,806

May – October

  • Patio Fee: $1,392

  • 1st Night of Gran Villa + Paraíso: $2,294
    Total: $3,686

Secondary Deposit (Due 60 Days After Initial Deposit)

To complete your reservation, a second non-refundable deposit is required 60 days after your initial deposit for the three adjacent villas managed by Amor Boutique Hotel:

  • Villa Palmas

  • Villa Olito

  • Villa Mi Amor
